The Mighty Hunter.. Gets Drenched!

Clayton left this morning to try his luck hunting in Idaho.

A friend of ours, Hector, is going muzzle-loading this weekend but since Clayton doesn't have a muzzle-loader he asked a few of his friends if Clayton could tag along on their bowhunt. Through second hand info he got the go ahead, so off he goes. He's really excited! He's going to get an elk tag and a dear tag so we'll see what happens. I'll take anything, but if he doesn't return successful that's okay too. Just as long as he does come back!

Update:

Clayton came home tonight (monday) instead of tomorrow night. It was raining the whole time he was up there! He did see some elk though and aparently it's really hard to sneak up on a heard of about 40 elk! You should hear Clayton tell the story, it's so funny! I was laughing so hard and for some reason he really reminded me of Gerry. I'm really glad he's home though!
