Halloween in Boise was really fun! We went to BOO! at the Zoo! and there were a ton of people there. Evelyn really looked cute and had so much fun. Then we went to the Baptist church down the street for a trunk or treat, that was crazy! Cotton candy, hotdogs, hot chocolate, big blow up jumpy things, McGruff the Crime Dog and LOTS of candy.
Now whenever Evelyn sees the candy bucket (when Clayton leaves it lying about....or me too, Clayton just saw this and said, "How come it's always my fault??") she says, "I want some, that kind, in my mouth, Yummy!"
It was so funny, alot of the adults were a little confused as to what Evelyn was (??) but all the little kids knew right away, "NEMO!"
We had to pick out just the right pumpkin at the farmers market down the street from us. Suprisingly it didn't take that long at all, and if you're wondering....Evelyn had just taken off her shoes in the car and since it was naptime (so maybe not suprisingly) and we wanted to hurry things along and get home after all the excitment at the zoo we skipped putting on her shoes and socks again and just went straight for the gravel pumpkin patch.
Evelyn thought it was soooo funny that we made a face in her pumpkin. Look you can see part of the new cabinents!
Evelyn licking the pumpkin....
Daddy told me to do it! She's such a sillly little goose!
