Boo! @ the Zoo!

AHHH!

This was our second trip to the Boo! at the Zoo. I'm not sure we're going to go next year. They're really aren't alot of people there who hand out candy and it's sooooo crowded! We were shooting for going early when it first opened at 10am since it would still be cold out and hopefully not many people would be there. Unfortunatly I made the mistake of asking the meowing Evelyn if she'd rather be a panther than a fish (her costume from last year, and YES I am LAZY I wasn't going to make her a new one.) She said she wanted to be a kitty, so we got out the panther velor suite (yes, hideous I know but it was free and it DID make a handy costume...she's only allowed to wear this at HOME where NO ONE can see her...unless of course it's Halloween) This did pose the problem of kitty ears. So we went on a little treasure hunt to find some and eventually we did. Then it was lunch time (so much for being at the zoo at 10AM) so we stopped at Red Robin and ate some lunch and finally we made it. Good news, the new African exhibit is now open and it was fun seeing the giraffe and lions. Bad news, It was so CROWDED! and people WALK like they DRIVE in Idaho... Grrrrr!
