What a great day. Clayton got up with the girls and let me sleep in. He juggled two little darlings and still managed to make a gourmet omelet and pancakes complete with OJ. We walked to the park and attempted to fly Evelyn's kite and then he helped me put the girls down for naps after lunch. I took a nap too. He came home from studying at the library to make me shrimp and scallops with little red potatoes and corn. Evelyn helped her Daddy pick out 2 tomato plants for our garden and Clayton got me the 1st season of Chuck.
Yes, it's Mother's day, but what a great day to remember how wonderful my husband is. To remember all the Little things that he does to make my job as a mom so much easier. To remember how much I love him.
It's a great day to remember how blessed I am to be a mother. To remember how hard it was for us to get our miracles and how precious and special they are.
It's a day to remember my Mom, to remember all the many, many, things she does for me and my family.
Thank you mom, thank you little girls, thank you husband...without you I couldn't be the momma I am and want to be.
